  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken with paper towels and trim any excess fat or tendons.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add chicken to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes and add a light drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Place chicken pieces in the skillet in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 5-6 minutes until golden crust forms.
