Crispy, golden egg rolls filled with gooey cheese, smoky bacon, and spicy jalapeños, made lighter in the air fryer. Perfect for snacks, appetizers, or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onions, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly toward the top corner. Use a small amount of water to seal the edges.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip the egg rolls and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the egg rolls and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Don’t overfill the wrappers to avoid bursting. Preheat the air fryer for even cooking. Adjust spice levels by removing jalapeño seeds or using fewer jalapeños.
