A quick and easy pink-themed snack board perfect for Galentine’s Day, combining sweet and savory bites with a festive sparkle for effortless entertaining.

Ingredients

  • Assorted crackers (water crackers or pink beet crackers)
  • Mini baguette slices or crostini, lightly toasted
  • Soft goat cheese
  • Brie with edible pink flower petals or pink peppercorns
  • Pink cheddar or mild Havarti with herbs
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto or serrano ham
  • Salami with a peppery bite
  • Fresh strawberries, halved
  • Pink macarons or rose-flavored cookies
  • Ruby red grapes or pomegranate seeds
  • Edible glitter or pearl dust
  • Pink-hued nuts like smoked almonds or pink Himalayan salt almonds
  • Rose jam or honey
  • Fresh mint leaves or edible flowers (violets or rose petals)

Instructions

  1. Slice baguette into thin rounds and toast in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden but not too crunchy. Lay out crackers and crostini on the board as the base.
  2. Cut Brie into wedges, crumble or slice goat cheese, and cube or slice pink cheddar. Arrange cheeses in separate areas on the board with cheese knives or spreaders.
  3. Fold or roll thin slices of prosciutto and salami, placing them next to the cheeses in nests or fans without overcrowding.
  4. Wash and halve strawberries, rinse and pat dry grapes. Arrange fruits alongside cheeses and meats, alternating colors and shapes. Add pink macarons or rose-flavored cookies in clusters.
  5. Spoon rose jam or honey into small bowls or ramekins and place on the board. Add nuts to bowls or scatter lightly around the board for texture.
  6. Lightly sprinkle edible glitter or pearl dust over fruits and sweets. Tuck fresh mint leaves and edible flowers throughout the board for a fresh look.
  7. Assemble the board just before serving to keep crackers crisp and fruits fresh. If prepping ahead, refrigerate delicate items separately and add last minute.

Notes

Assemble just before serving to keep crackers crisp and fruits fresh. Use food-grade edible glitter sparingly. For dietary adaptations, swap crackers for gluten-free options and use vegan cheeses and plant-based meats.
