A quick and easy 5-ingredient party drink perfect for summer, combining fresh strawberries, sweet Moscato wine, and fizzy soda for a refreshing and bubbly punch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced (about 225g or 5 oz)
  • 1 bottle (750ml or 25.4 fl oz) Moscato wine, chilled
  • 2 cups (480ml or 16 fl oz) strawberry soda or sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml or 1 fl oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup (60ml or 2 fl oz) simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries under cold water and slice thinly. Set aside a few whole berries for garnish if desired.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour the entire 750ml bottle of chilled Moscato wine.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour in ¼ cup of simple syrup, adjusting the amount based on the sweetness of the strawberries. Stir well.
  5. Slowly add 2 cups of strawberry soda or sparkling water and stir gently to preserve the fizz.
  6. Add the sliced strawberries to the pitcher and fold them into the liquid gently.
  7. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. Alternatively, add ice cubes just before serving.
  8. Serve the punch in glasses garnished with whole strawberries or a sprig of mint. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best brightness. Stir soda gently to preserve fizz. Frozen strawberries can be used to keep punch cold without dilution. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Moscato with sparkling white grape juice or lemon-lime soda. Adjust simple syrup to taste depending on strawberry sweetness.
