Sweet, juicy strawberries coated in creamy white chocolate and decorated with spooky faces make these treats perfect for Halloween celebrations.

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries completely to prevent chocolate from seizing.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by its green stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely. Let excess chocolate drip off and place on parchment paper.
  4. Press mini chocolate chips into the wet chocolate to create ghostly eyes and mouths. Use melted dark chocolate in a piping bag for detailed faces if desired.
  5. Allow the strawberries to set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Arrange the strawberries on a festive platter and serve.
