  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or warm olive oil (or avocado oil for variation)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter or warm olive oil and let it cool slightly, then pour into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the pretzels to the bowl.
  5. Pour the seasoning mixture over the melted butter or oil and whisk to combine.
  6. Toss the pretzels in the bowl using a spatula or clean hands to evenly coat every piece with the spicy ranch blend.
  7. Spread the pretzels evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning and promote uniform crispiness.
  9. Remove from oven and cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
