  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut, mixing until thick and sticky.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips (if using).
  5. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls with lightly wet hands.
  6. Place balls onto the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
