A rich, cheesy, and loaded bacon dip that’s quick and easy to make, perfect for parties or casual family gatherings. Ready in about 25-30 minutes with simple ingredients.

  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (200g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 3 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until crispy but not burnt. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese and most of the chopped bacon, reserving some for topping.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar, bacon, and sliced green onions on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes until bubbly around the edges and golden on top.
  7. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies.
