Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound store-bought or homemade pizza dough
  • 2025 slices pepperoni
  • 8 ounces Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, either in a skillet or baked on a separate sheet. Let cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, chopped bacon, and pepperoni slices. Add shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12×10 inch rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.
  7. Distribute the meat and cheese mixture evenly over the sauced dough.
  8. Starting from the long side closest to you, roll the dough into a tight log. Slice the roll into 12 even pieces about 1 inch thick.
  9. Place each piece cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart.
  10. Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil.
  11. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Let the rolls cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before rolling to prevent tearing. Brush olive oil before baking for a crispy crust. Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours; add extra baking time if chilled. Tent with foil if browning too fast. Let rolls cool 5 minutes before serving to avoid messy burns.
