Ingredients

  • Soft caramel candies, individually wrapped
  • Unsalted butter
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Rice cereal
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, crushed nuts, white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Unwrap caramel candies and place them in a large microwave-safe bowl with butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted (about 2 minutes).
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
  4. Add mini marshmallows to the caramel mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
  5. Fold in rice cereal quickly until everything is well combined and coated.
