Irresistible Pizza Chips

These bite-sized, crispy pizza chips pack all the classic pizza flavors into an easy-to-make snack, perfect for game day or movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture)
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, black olives, sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  3. Place a small piece of pepperoni on each cheese scoop. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the top.
  4. Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  6. Carefully lift the chips off the parchment paper with a spatula and serve immediately.
