A quick and easy 5-minute summer drink combining tangy pink lemonade concentrate with smooth vodka for a refreshing, icy slushie perfect for hot days and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 cup (240 ml) vodka
  • 3 cups (about 700 grams) ice cubes, crushed preferred
  • 23 tablespoons (3045 ml) simple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure out 12 ounces (340 grams) of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, 1 cup (240 ml) vodka, and 3 cups (700 grams) of ice cubes. Have 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) simple syrup ready if using.
  2. Place the frozen pink lemonade concentrate, vodka, and ice cubes into the blender. Add simple syrup if you want a sweeter drink.
  3. Pulse the blender in 20-second bursts, stirring between each if needed, until you get a smooth, slushy texture, about 1-2 minutes. Avoid over-blending to prevent melting the ice.
  4. Check the consistency and taste. If too thick, add a splash of vodka or cold water and blend briefly. If too thin, add more ice cubes and pulse again.
  5. Pour the slushies into serving glasses. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.

Notes

Use frozen pink lemonade concentrate for best icy texture. Pulse blender in short bursts to avoid melting ice. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup after blending. Chill glasses before serving for extra cold experience. Store leftovers in freezer up to 24 hours and reblend before serving.
