  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, diced small (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Let it cool, then crumble into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions. Stir until well blended.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on your work surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the cream cheese mixture, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels with a sharp knife.
