Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt until there are no lumps.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently with a spatula until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
