This Garlic Butter Beef Bowtie Pasta is pure comfort food heaven, combining garlic butter sauce, cheesy pasta, and savory ground beef for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Break it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary and transfer the beef to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring, and let the sauce simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked bowtie pasta and browned beef to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until melted and creamy. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use fresh garlic and grate your Parmesan cheese for a richer flavor. Avoid overcooking the pasta and let the sauce simmer slowly for optimal taste.
