Creamy, sweet bite-sized treats perfect for hot summer days, packed with protein and natural sweetness. A no-bake recipe that’s indulgent yet healthy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g) plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk or stir together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lightly grease your mini muffin pan, ice cube tray, or silicone molds to prevent sticking.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the molds, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  4. Sprinkle your favorite toppings on each bite and press gently to ensure they stick.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy immediately or store them for later.

Notes

[‘Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.’, ‘Taste the mixture before freezing and adjust the honey to suit your preference.’, ‘Silicone molds make popping out the bites hassle-free.’, ‘If the mixture feels too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen it up.’]
