These chocolate-dipped strawberry milkshake shooters are a fun, easy, and elegant party treat combining creamy strawberry milkshake with a crisp chocolate shell.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk for dairy-free option)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 12 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter
  • 810 mini shooter glasses or small serving cups (2-ounce size)
  • Strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  2. Dip rims of each shooter glass into melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place glasses upside down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 15 minutes to set the chocolate shell.
  3. In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, whole milk, vanilla ice cream, and powdered sugar. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk if too thick and pulse to mix.
  4. Remove glasses from freezer and fill each with the strawberry milkshake, filling to the top without overflowing.
  5. Garnish each shooter with a small strawberry slice or whole mini berry and serve immediately.

Notes

Use good-quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate for best results. Chill glasses before dipping for better chocolate adhesion. Avoid overheating chocolate to prevent seizing. Serve immediately for best texture; if storing, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
