This creamy baked Caesar chicken recipe is a quick and easy dinner option that delivers bold flavors with minimal prep, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with black pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Caesar dressing and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish, ensuring they’re arranged in a single layer.
  5. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly with a spoon. Make sure each piece is coated generously.
  6. If using, sprinkle a handful of Panko breadcrumbs over the dressing for added crunch.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). If the topping isn’t golden and bubbly, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes after baking. Use room-temperature chicken for even cooking and juicier results. Customize the marinade with lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce for added flavor.
