Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Heath toffee bits
  • Apples, sliced (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer or whisk until creamy.
  3. Fold in half of the Heath toffee bits, saving the rest for garnish. Stir gently to distribute evenly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining toffee bits over the top for garnish.
  6. Wash and slice apples into thin wedges. Arrange them around the dip for serving.
